Well, I just posted a progress chart of my work over the years, along the side it lists what programs Ive used from 2009 until now!http://thenatsume.tumblr.com/post/105539642373/seeing-a-lot-of-these-fun-little-progress-things
But to keep it short, I started doing all of the pictures in Flash (not for animation, but, as a substitute for Photoshop because I liked the uniformity of the lines), then I kinda did the drawing/inking part in Flash and the colors in Photoshop, now I do the drawings in pencil, and then the rest of the whole thing is done in Photoshop :)
