DiDia 150 (1960)
A custom “dream car” owned by singer Bobby Darin. Built by Bob Kaiser of Clark Kaiser Customs between 1953 and 1960 based on a design by clothing designer Andrew Di Dia. At the time The DiDia 150 was the most expensive custom made car in the world.
The car had ahead-of-its-time features like automatic windscreen wipers and absurd luxuries like individual air conditioning for each seat and 30 coats of translucent pearl paint mixed with crushed diamond dust.
Today the car is kept in the St. Louis Museum of Transportation.
